Returns & refunds

Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Return Period
You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags and in their original packaging, including proof of purchase.

Return Costs
The return costs are for the customer. We do not provide a free return label. You send the package yourself (including Track & Trace). For an incorrect or damaged product, we will provide a free return label.

Received incorrect product:
If you discover that your order is defective, please contact us at info@gemenice.nl with photos of the incorrect product. We will then provide a free return label and immediately send a replacement product once we have received the return or a valid tracking number from you.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged items. We will send a replacement product at no additional cost. If you wish to exchange your product for exactly the same product, please contact us at info@gemenice.nl

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the same payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Cancellation
Orders are usually shipped immediately. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gemenice.nl. If the package has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If you still wish to cancel after receiving the package, you can return it within 30 days according to our return policy.
