Once an order is placed, we need 1 - 3 business days to process the order. On weekdays, this usually takes one business day, but if you place an order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 4 - 12 business days.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Placing an order
The ordering process at Gemenice is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and select the desired item to add to your shopping cart. To do this, click the black button "Add to cart".
It is important to check that you have selected the correct variant. If everything is correct, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. On the information page, you must fill in the correct address. Make sure all details are accurate. Once the information is correctly filled in, you can click the "Continue to shipping" button.
On the shipping page, you will have the opportunity to check your address details. You will also see that every shipment is completely free. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Continue to payment" button.
Payment options
You can choose from various payment methods. At Gemenice, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Delivery times are indications and not guarantees. Due to high volumes at carriers, international transport partners, and customs controls, delays may occur that are beyond our direct control. We naturally do our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped generally cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return your order after receipt, you can do so according to our return policy. Refunds will be processed after the return has been received and checked by us.
Should a package demonstrably be lost during transit and can no longer be delivered, the customer is, of course, entitled to a full refund or a free replacement shipment.
